Why does Ohio Gubernatorial Candidate (R) Ken Blackwell have Rudy Guiliani doing ads for him?

Probably because people out in Ohio don't know how bad Rudy really is. His partner who was formerly a Chief of Police broke the law and Rudy never made a comment.
