I am a college student and I commute. I stop at a fast food restaraunt for lunch 5 days a week between cles, since the cafeteria food isn't that great and the food sits out all day...ew. I usually get a grilled chicken sandwich or wrap along with an ice cream/milkshake. I get a burger/chicken nuggets/fries once or twice a week. Is it still healthy or could it be the cause of my high blood sugar which is 96?
