Please Help!!! My computer has viruses!!!?

All-of-a-sudden my computer picked up like 48 viruses and the main one that is bugging me is one named "Lsas.Blaster.Keyloger". Anyone know or have had experience with this? How can I fix it without using any security programs cause it won't let me access them. Really need your help.
