What does this dream mean?

Maybe it's hard for you to hide or you think you should tell somebody, or fear it's going to get worse if you don't, it's hard for you to "stomach" it (the eating disorder) meaning you think it's gross, weird etc. I think you should get her/him to tell someone their parents, a school counselor.
