Bleeding and back pain at 18 weeks?

I would go get checked out.. In my third trimester i had a little spotting after but it only lasted about 20 minutes.. My doctor was hard to get hold of so i just rang the hospital to get some advise.. they asked me to come in and get checked out.. All that could be normal, but it is always best to get it checked out.. Good luck :)
