What Website Let's You Send Fan Mail Via E-mail For Free?

I had to rephrase this question because it seem like a moral issue rather that a fun question. If there really really really isn't a website that does this for free there should be. So, if you at least know how it's done the old fashion was (which I think it's to right to the network or something) feel free to answer how to send fan mail.
