Is our welfare system obsolete?
Giving money to people does not serve their need, nor relieve their hunger. Many use the money to buy drugs or alcohol, and not for food. We are responsible to feed, shelter and clothe people; best served by opening free restaurants, shelters, and clothe shops world wide, and it should be cheaper than monetary istance to the poor countries, that end up in the leaders' pockets. It will also help with employment of entrepreuneurs who will bill the US government directly. And will also encourage people to seek work, because they will need money to buy their addictions.
