Estranged family and a baby?

My bio father has a son from a previous relationship. This son is not allowed me or my child or family and my child is never allowed to call this son an uncle. My family just learned to deal with it. The reason for this distance is the son molested me when I was a child. No matter the reason family or not you have the right to keep your children away from anyone you see as harmful to that child. If restrictions of contact aren't obeyed you can take legal action like restraining orders.
