Can i become a amateur skateboarder?

well thats not the point the point is about having fun. now skate shops wanna see u actually ride so if some of those tricks u put on there are hopefully true cause i would hate to see somebody's dream be ruined. i have the same dream man i live to skate so i suggest u just skate for the fun of it and somebody wil notice u. i'm not not tryin to hurt ya bro i'm only helpin.
