Accused of Plagiarism but teacher hasn't reported yet?

I guess she is letting it go but I would ask her so she can see that you are genuinely concerned and sorry about the whole incident. If you don't ask it looks like you don't care and are hidding from the situation. P.s don't you know that you have to credit whose ever words you use??
