Brain/Stroke Question...?

My mom has 6 ischemic strokes at once as a result of HIT from heparin. One in the left frontal, One in each of the occipital lobes, one in each of the cerebellar hemispheres, and one in the splenium of the corpus callosum. I am looking for what is/is not affected, so I can better understand how to communicate/interact with her.
