Countersuit for harment?

I have recently been sued for slander. This matter has not yet been taken to court, but the grounds for suing are baseless and I know that I will win the lawsuit. Is there any way that I can file a countersuit against the plantiff? I have had many instances of harment from this individual and believe that this is merely another attempt to do so. What would you suggest and how would I go about this. FYI: I live in Kentucky. All and every answer is appreciated, even if it doesn't fully answer all questions. Thank you.
