Did I eat healthy today for my diet?

eat eggs and wheat toast or english muffin istead of bagel. Stay away from fast food...their salads have a crap load of calories too...just ask for the nutritional info! 1% milk and water is great. You are eating alot of peanut er...which has alot of fats in it so be careful!
