Does this mean he loved her more?

First of all I AM IN NO WAY A GOLD DIGGER, but I just need some help figuring this one out bc marriage counseling sure didn't help. My husband and i have been married 3 years. In this time I have spent around 3 thousand on him gifts. He always gets something nice for xmas, b-days, etc. He has only spent around $100 on me in the 3 years combined. And these gifts were only bc I cried and threw a fit bc I felt unappreciated. But his x wife recieved VERY VERY large gifts from him. She would pick them out and he would pay for them no matter what the price. I don't understand why she was worth huge amounts of monetary gifts, and i am not worth a 5 dollar gift. He rubbed into my face for 2 years that he spent 5 times more on her engagement ring. Someone please help me figure this one out. I am so tired of having my feelings hurt. What does this mean?
