Help emby physical what do they do?

Ok I need help if anyone has a knowledge about this. Ok so I will be travelling to Colombia and ill be going to a american emby over there in bogota and ill be picking up my pport et. They want me to take a physical exam idk if they do a external exam.im pretty nervous.the thing is that I think I have hpv and I don't want them to delay the process or even worse they wont give me my american pport and green card.please let me Noe btw im 17
