Hi i'm 18 yrs old and i have this small-small acne on my face(on my forehead cheeks region)?

i never had pimples before this is the first time i'm getting it.and its from 1 month. i consulted a dermatologist he prescribed me clindamycin phosphate but its not working.then i used benzoyl peroxide but it leaves my skin very itchy n irritating.by using that my existing acne goes but new bunch of acne develops around it.what do i do pls help!!!!
