How to communicate ???

ok well this is going to sound a bit werid but i met this guy he is cute and all but the only problem is he doesnt speak english only a little bit.... he wants me to be his girlfriend but the only problem is i know a little bit of arabic but not too much just the basics as im half lebanese.... but not too much as my parents divorced when i was 2 and i lived with my mum all my life who speaks english n greek only ....and i dont talk to my dad ....so has anyone got any ideas how to communicate or does any one know more arabic than the basics im sick of having to tell his friend everything i want to say to him ..... for him to understand ....i really like him its just this one problem im going to learn arabic soon....but i just want to know how to communicate now to him....
