Oscar de la Hoya vs Chavez Jr.?

I think that Oscar can only fight at 154 no less. If this fight does happen, who do you think will win? Personally I think this Chavez kid is nothing special and is just living off of his dad's name. If Oscar wins, I think that it'll be kind of funny that he beat Chavez Sr. and Jr. in his career. Your thoughts?
